Tallgrass committees provide opportunities for residents to increase involvement in the community. By focusing on a specific issue, residents are able to tailor their interests and expertise to community needs. Committees are also a great avenue to for further interaction with neighbors.

Covenants Resolution Committee

This committee is chaired by the vice-president rob.little09@gmail.com.  The group attempts to resolve any discord that might arise from covenant violations. Additionally, the group documents procedures for handling complains of noncompliance with covenants until the complaint is resolved.  Current members include Rob Little, Frank Tiernan and Nancy Cates.

Hospitality Committee

This group is chaired by the Hospitality Director duguidel@gmail.com. This committee fosters a sense of community among association members. The group welcomes new homeowners; plans spring, fall, and December holiday socials; coordinates monthly men's and women's coffees, bridge and book groups; schedules and coordinates garage sales; and sends cards and remembrances as appropriate. Current members include Doug Goheen and Ellie Duguid.

Road Committee (Architectural Committee--ARC)

Chaired by the Building and Grounds Director tallgrass.bg@gmail.com, this group manages and assures consistency and quality of maintenance, repairs, and modification to the Tallgrass property. Specifically, mowing, lawn care, snow removal and street maintenance fall under the purview of the Building and Grounds Committee. Current members include Richard Brown, Rob Little and Bud Mosher.
